Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of this website.

Last Updated: August 31, 2026

Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, located at goellawyer.ca (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by Goel Law Professional Corporation (“the Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By browsing or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

Changes to These Terms or the Site

We may revise these Terms, or add, remove, or change any part of the Site, at any time and without advance notice. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are posted to this page, so we encourage you to check back periodically. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept those changes.

Permitted Use of the Site

You are welcome to browse the Site and use our contact form and appointment-booking tools for their intended purpose — learning about our practice and reaching out to us. You agree not to:

  • use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else’s use of it;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or connected systems;
  • use any automated process (bots, scrapers, or similar tools) to extract content from the Site without our prior written consent;
  • submit false, misleading, or spam content through our contact form or booking tools; or
  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates any applicable local, provincial, or federal law.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, all content on this Site — including text, graphics, the Goel Law logo, layout, and design — is owned by the Firm or used with permission, and is protected by Canadian copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to, or make use of, third-party services to operate certain features — for example, our appointment scheduler (Calendly), our contact-form processor (Formspree), our WhatsApp chat button, and an embedded Google Maps view of our office. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party service or website.

No Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firm, its lawyers, and its staff will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in connection with, your use of — or inability to use — the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

Related Policies

These Terms should be read together with our Disclaimer and our Privacy Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and the Firm regarding use of this Site.
